Do you offer international shipping?

No. We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After the order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier, item size, and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

How do I know if a part will fit my truck?

Please check the manufacturer part number, product description, and compatibility information before ordering. If you are not sure, contact us before purchasing and we will try to help you verify fitment.

What should I include when asking about fitment?

For faster help, please include your truck year, make, model, engine type, VIN if available, and the part number you are looking for.

Can I return a part?

Yes. Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All returns must be approved first and may require a Return Authorization Number.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns. Some items, including special order items and electronics, may be non-refundable.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims should be reported within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item and box.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will try to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options. You may choose to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order for a refund.
