Yes. Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All returns must be approved first and may require a Return Authorization Number.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item.
A 18% restocking fee may apply to returns. Some items, including special order items and electronics, may be non-refundable.
