Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

General Shipping Information

We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product, availability, and order volume. Some items may require additional processing time before they are shipped.

After an order has been shipped, transit time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, delivery location, item size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Methods

Most small and standard-size packages are shipped through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The shipping method may depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Common estimated transit times:

Expedited or next-day shipping may not be available for every product. Please contact us before placing your order if you need faster shipping.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. If a carrier allows a delivery reroute or address correction, any additional fees may be the customer’s responsibility.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Freight and Oversized Shipments

Some large or heavy items may require freight/LTL shipping.

Freight shipping is usually based on delivery to a commercial address. A commercial address must be located in a business-zoned area and have regular business hours.

If delivery is going to a residential address, additional charges may apply. These may include residential delivery fees, liftgate service, limited-access delivery fees, or other carrier charges.

The customer is responsible for any additional freight services requested at the time of delivery, including liftgate service or special unloading assistance.

Inspecting Freight Deliveries

Please inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

If the item or packaging is damaged, clearly write the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the damage is not noted at delivery, it may be difficult or impossible to file a claim with the carrier.

If your shipment arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions.

Free shipping applies only to eligible items shipped within the contiguous 48 United States, unless stated otherwise.

Free shipping does not apply to oversized, freight, or special-order items unless clearly stated on the product page or promotion.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damage claims should be reported within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Do not install or use a damaged part. Installing a damaged part may affect return, replacement, or claim eligibility.

All damaged shipment claims must be handled through our customer service team.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused for reasons not related to damage or an error on our part, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

If the shipment is refused because the item arrived damaged or because we shipped the wrong item, we will review the situation and take responsibility when applicable.

Please contact us before refusing a shipment so we can provide the proper instructions.

Out-of-Stock Items

We do our best to keep listed products in stock. In some cases, an item may become temporarily unavailable due to high demand or inventory changes.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options. You may choose to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order for a refund.
