Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Please contact us before sending any item back. All returns must be approved by our customer service team and must include a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). In many cases, we may provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Most of our products are new and unused unless the product listing clearly states otherwise. Products are listed by brand and manufacturer part number, so it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the correct part number is ordered before purchasing.

Return Requirements

Returns may be accepted if the item meets the following requirements:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is in new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged condition
  • The item is returned in the original box and packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • The return has a valid RA number issued by customer service

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or returned without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items may be marked as non-refundable before purchase. Customers will be notified before the order is processed if an item is non-refundable.

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Special order items
  • Electronic parts
  • Installed or modified products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without a valid RA number

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item.

Restocking Fee

A 18% restocking fee may apply to returns. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
  2. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item back.
  3. Ship the approved return to our facility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will review the item and process any approved refund or store credit in a timely manner. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please do not send any return without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
